A tentative hello from a new Lancisti.
I am the proud owner of one of the last Beta Coupes, a Feb 85 2000ie in black, bought today from a serial Fulvia fanatic. One lady owner 1985-2011, then her husband took it on after she passed, 52000 miles and just sailed through another MOT. Car looks solid and is my first dip back into Italian car ownership since the 80s which saw me in a variety of Fiats and Alfasuds, the last a red 1981W 1.5Ti Cloverleaf 105 (loved that car). I look forward to gratefully receiving your wisdom in keeping this beautiful motor on the road for future generations - my 19 yr old son is already a convert and is trying to find a way of getting insured on it! I’ll post phots when I work it out....
