So, some history about the car
We basically made 1 Lancia from 2. The Lancia you see now was just a chassis with no engine, suspension etc. the only thing it had was a dashboard, bonnet, trunk and doors.
We already had worked on a different Coupé for almost a year. All that time was spent welding until we came upon some pretty catastrophic stuff that made us decide to salvage almost all parts of the car and use it for a different Coupé.
The new chassis suprisingly had minimal rust, the bottom was still hard and that's because it was a showroom car for 7 years. It ony drove 5 years before being put aside for 30 years. The dashboard was still in perfect condition aswell due to not being exposed to the sun.
After that we worked to fix the issues the new chassis had, and to restore every part that could be saved from the previous Coupé, replaced almost all of the rubbers, restored the interior, gave the engine a full service, revised the carburetta and many, many rust prevention measures. We also had a contact that had some pretty rare Lancia parts that we put on the car too (for example, the rare radio, rear bumper with an integrated brakelight in the middle, the original antenna, other wheels and more)
And after 3 years of hard work the Lancia finally got finished, and after driving it for 200 kilometers, i can say it drives like an absolute dream.
