Title: Beta ie and vx ,Auxiliary shaft

I am doing the belts on the vx, since they do not have the mechanical fuel pump but an electric pump, has the lob for the mechanical pump been deleted , or did they just not bother ? I wonder do I need to take the usual precautions ?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Unless you have removed the lobe on the shaft you MUST time the Aux DS correctly or it will take out number 2 conrod.
