Title: Removing front passengers/drivers courtesy/reading light?

I have a bulb gone and wondering how to do this without breaking it?

Mark,
It just pulls out, carefully. Push forwards or backwards and lift the opposite side.
It's got spring clips, 4 I think, that hold it.
