Title: Refreshing door trims

Has anyone tried using a plastic or Vinyl paint on the door panels?

I've used Polytrol Owatrol on the centre console, brought it back to black from a horrible dark green... I wouldn't want to get it on fabric though.

Should have mentioned my door panels aren't fabric
