BetaBoyz Poly bushes

Just after some opinions on bushes with regards to ride quality/noise with poly bushes fitted over OEM bushes? Im a comfort over speed kinda guy these days :o

This is for the Trailing arm and transvere link's on the rear

Hi Gareth,

I can't comment on rear bushes as mine is still standard.

However I've got poly bushes on the front wishbones and anti-roll bar.
They stiffen things up, creating a more positive feel, but they tend
to amplify any other, even standard factory anomalies that may be present. This includes
random knocking and clunking, of which I have, as yet undiagnosed. It
continually passes mots, and when I mentioned this to the tester his
comment was exactly that without any prompting.
I'm ok with what I've got, but if I was to rebuild again in the future I'd use rubber.

After all, that's how the set up was designed 50 years ago. It's a really
good system in factory specs. Like you, I'm also after comfort over anything else.

Is there much choice?

I have BB bushes all over in the rear of my car
Lancia Beta Coupe 2000 SA import, now project
VW Caravelle t5.1 was project
