Lancia beta spider
« on: July 13, 2025, 09:40:48 AM »
Hi,
Firstly thanks for allowing me into youre group.
I have a 1982 spider, the Haynes manual only goes to 1980, it shows 11 fuses in the fuse box, where as my spider has 16 fuses in the box. Is there an updated wiring diagram for the later model?
I curently have no feed to the coil, instrument panel and only part of the fuse box, I notice my 16 fuse box is supplied by 4 multi plugs as aposed to 3 in the Haynes manual.
Is the fuse box fed by 2 heavier bkack and white wires?.
Thanks in anticipation for any help.

Hi Eddie

You should find the links on this thread more useful than Haynes. Haynes is only for pre facelift (up to around 77). Facelift were completely different, especially Fusebox etc.

Hi

Normal for carb engine is NGK BCP6ES, or you can go for the colder NGK BCP7ES. There are resistor versions of these eg BCPR6ES etc.
