Sorry if this has been covered before, but had a quick search and nothing came up, also have posted on Lancisti site with a couple of US views so far.
So, I am finally going to order a new top for my Spyder, but which one, vinyl or canvas?
I have read a few posts on various forums and the consensus appears to be
Vinyl - cheaper and not so pretty to start with, but easy to live with over a period of time.
Canvas - more exensive and great looking to start, but soon goes off and is more difficult to keep looking decent.
The top will be black and the car is only used every so often during the summer period. Garaged at other times.
One last question is rodents, is the vinyl likely to be of less interest to mice than the canvas one?
