Second bleed of the brakes yielded and improvement on the already good pedal so it seems the time spent, new seals and a bit of luck with the rear bleeds has paid dividend. Water pump next, hopefully my water pipe thereafter and then on with getting her running properly and up to temp. All good fun - don't doubt the rad will need a recore - ooh happy days!
