I can appreciate that this is near impossible from a distance, but here goes.
When the long-dormant car went back on the road, I got a nasty whine , felt through the wheel, when turning left. It went away after a few days and I put it down to lack of use.
Guess what? Its back.
My first thought was a stuck caliper, but both hubs are cool even after a longish drive and you can push the car with one hand, hot or cold, so don't think it is that.
Any thoughts?
