Well I might be able to tell you about noise transmission once the car is done as I've got Fortunato's linkage bushes installed already. If I hadn't then 100% I would have looked at this option. The plastic bushes will also be fine from Mark! The possible downside of this type is a lack of seal to keep any grease in and dirt out, an issue I have yet to resolve with the ones I have. It'll probably take years to wear out whatever is fitted mind but a little dirt in a brass bush could easily cause premature wear.
I suspect that any perceived increase in noise transmission will be drowned out by tyre/wind/exhaust and induction roar!
