Hi All,
I am happy to join such a great society. I hope I will not only source informations from here, but also I will be able to share my experience built with my beta hpe i.e. that I have been rebuilding for a while...and soon she will be back on road.

Are there many Betas in Poland or just a small number left?

Surely I will present pictures of my HPE as soon as I finish renovation. Actually I just need to complete montage after body and paintworks. There are some betas here in Poland, but probably not more than 10 on the road and maybe some not "alive". The betas were not imported oficially to the Eastern Block, so they never have been popular in this region, so nowadays they are really rare to spot. The same as spare parts are :/
My HPE came from Germany, where was owned previously by a well known German photographer/designer Sascha Czerny :)

It's worth asking for parts on here before trying Ebay - a lot of us hold many spares!!
