1981 coupe injection..30 years since last started
« on: September 03, 2018, 08:00:02 PM »
So, Im trying to revive this 1981 Beta coupe injection. I am not getting any spark and injectors are firing......cleaned most contacts etc......Im presuming the crank sensor triggers the ecu to spark and pulse the injectors??

Timing for the injection most likely. Isn't the ignition still via the distributor?

Where do you lose spark? Is it to the plugs, wires, dizzy cap, coil, etc?
Dual relay is a common one to go bad on the late FI cars, but could be other suspects...
