Beta 50th anniversary weekend plans coming along nicely 🙂
We have fulfilled our 20-room allocation, which is fantastic, if anyone else would like to join us, we are now able to take your booking form to reserve your space, with payment due by the end of May.
There are still rooms available at the moment, but as said before we are competing with wedding bookings.
To book just fill in the booking form on our website and email it to Amanda (details on the page)

I'm sorry to report that we won't be able to make the Anniversary meet up, as we have friends booked to stay with us in France and the dates clash. There's also the fact that it's very unlikely that I'll have a working Beta by that date, but you never know - miracles do happen...  The Sunday also coincides with our wedding anniversary (but a rather more modest number than 50).

UK Lancia Beta 50th Anniversary weekend, Sept 9th-11th 2022

Great news we now have 27 rooms booked for the weekend, we originally pre-booked 20 rooms 

We have been in contact with the hotel today, and they can release only 5 more rooms for us, if you would like to join the weekend, full details and booking form can be found on the link below, to reserve a room you’ll need to fill in the booking form and email it to Amanda, with payment due by the end of this month (May).

Mark @ Betaboyz has been busy getting Beta 50th regalia ready for the weekend  , a few items are on his website now, a quick heads up, limited run of 100 key rings are selling very quickly, 23 sold today, out of 30 he put on the his site, the rest will be kept back for the goodie bag given out on the weekend.

I'm planning to come along. I'm hoping the Spyder will be available, but if not - the 037 is pretty much a Beta (but with no space for luggage).

Think we are up to 31 rooms booked for the weekend, with almost 70 people attending plus lots more arriving for the Sunday

Hope there is space left!!! (just e mailed Amanda) Been keeping quiet until I got the Spiders indicators fixed, now done & concentrating on fitting re-furbished tank, lines, pump, cambelt, main engine mount etc etc...

Also more good news, no weddings are planned for the weekend, so we should almost have the place to ourselves.
We are currently working on the Sunday itinerary, so we can start pushing that, would be great if we can get at least 50 Betas in one place, think we managed 35 for the 35th and just under 40 for the 40th, but the last couple of years has seen a lot of Beta's being put back on the road, and also imported into the UK so X fingers.

The Sunday will be free to join in, more details soon.
We are still taking weekend bookings, see website for full details.

I will probably try to join in on Sunday. I first registered for the whole weekend, but then found out that my parents-in-law are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary that friday, so if I ever want to be able to celebrate my own 50th wedding anniversary, I had to cancel. But after the Beta weekend in France, I want to miss the UK event even less, so I will do my best to make it on Sunday!
