I'd agree with Peter that a standard starter motor should be more than sufficient to turn a stock motor over. There is a slight benefit with the uprated unit as it manages to use less current draw than the standard unit while spinning the engine over faster (due to the reduction gear). It might be advantageous in a situation where the battery is marginal on cranking power, but if that is the case then it's clearly an issue that needs fixing anyway. The uprated unit is also about half the weight of a standard starter motor and is more compact, but in the grand scheme of things that is immaterial.
Be aware that the quality of remanufactured and refurbished starter motors can be variable. If you're getting one from Mark it should be fine.
