Coupe S2 carpet removal

How does the one piece carpet come out particularly the plastic strips on top of the inner cills? S2 Coupe

The plastic covers over the edge of the carpet have a plastic strip that you prise out to reveal screws which you then unscrew and then you can lift the plastic edge cover away from the sill and the carpet edge. Putting it back is the reverse procedure.
