Engine bay layout of fuel pipes etc
« on: June 29, 2025, 03:47:30 PM »
I am looking for someone with serious OCD and a carb Beta to share some detailed photos of a nice engine bay to help with good routes for pipes etc.  Looking at fuel at the moment.

Who's Beta is this from the LMC weekend, it seem pretty neat and tidy?  I should have thought about this on the day and taken a bunch of photos

That Beta won the overall prize at the Concours this year, possibly a first for a Beta?

I forget the owners name, but it will be in VL in the National Weekend report in due course. He came to Beta 50 but I don't think he is on the Forum.

I can do some photos of the fuel piping for you and the proper layout of the jack and tools (which the restorers figured out, I had it in there wrong), but you would have to bear with me 'til the middle of next week.

No rush.  Thank you.

I talked to the blue Beta man for a while.  Great story.  He and his wife bought the car new, moved it on and then found it and restored it recently.  I love the colour
