I was thinking those screen surround dies would be very useful in general especially for the front screen lower corners.

Flared arches...I am sure a man of your considerable talent could knock up the dies to fabricate these...before breakfast !!

Put me down for a set  ;D

Love your work Carl.

Cheers

So I took the engine out today and found out something new that it came with self levelling head lights.

Are you sure? that's very odd if correct or perhaps you mean that it has had later HPE light units retro fitted? They were normally ony fitted on HPE and Berlina due to the greater payload. Watching your excellent videos I keep noticing that the roof looks like the style fitted to later coupes with the black dashboard? I could be going crazy or need a trip to specsavers but it does seem to have the flat edges of later cars?

Hi Carl

Yes that front wishbone is off a self levelling car, just not yours.....  it does not appear to be attached to anything?

Also your lights are the Carello ones, I think you would need Siem ones to get the levelling.

Beware that open topped carb. It is just waiting for something to fall in and ruin your day later. Time for the old sock of doom in there.

Hi Eric

I think that is the least of Carl's problems, he said the engine is seized......
