Fuel pressure testing

I’m testing my fuel pressure regulator and would like to know if my results are correct.
I put the tester between the cold start injector line. I’m getting 36psi when cranking the engine and after about 15 minutes my reading is about 31psi. Can someone tell me if this is within spec?
