Curious Carburation issues there with 2 cylinders alarmingly lean (pink Valves and pink plugs) and 2 very rich (black carbon deposits). So yes a full head re-build AND a full carb re-build checking the jetting very carefully for mismatched jets/ blockages. The head gasket is 1 above very basic, but no obvious burn through tracking or oil leak witness marks I can see.

Be wary of NOS head gaskets. I bought one earlier this year that had 'dried out' and wouldn't seal. Make sure you by a new recently manufactured one.
