Yes, indeed - when you said 'inner castellated nut' I thought you meant the ones previously mentioned, but of course you were talking about the bearing retaining ring (M78).  Oddly these are down as a mere 200 Nm (147 ft/lb) in the Lancia manual (both front & rear sizes) even though they typo'd rear->front on the M75.  All very confusing. Here's a snippet from the '81 service manual in the downloads for ease:
