Just joined the forum - I have been looking to purchase a Beta Saloon for a while but I cannot find any for sale in the last six months! I am pretty flexible regarding year or model and engine size 1300, 1600, 2000 and anything Condition 2 or better. Do they get snapped up before any ads are ever placed?

The problem is that they were percieved as less desirable than the other models in the range so people weren't inclined to keep them on the road. They do come up however on E-Bay and the usual suspects for the classifeds.

Hi Alastair,

Welcome to the forum, your chances of finding a Saloon have just increased!  But, there are not many left and project cars are few and far between.

Series 1 cars are ultra rare but there are a few S2 cars to be found if you look hard enough.  Those that have Saloons that are up and running may be reluctant to part with them though!
