Thanks for the replies . . .
I'm near to Bungay. I bought the car from Kent where it's been sat for quite a while to say the least, but, it appears to be in not too bad a condition. There is some history but not masses.
Other car is a Spitfire and is a Mk IV and on the other side (which can't be seen) is a GT6 and a MGB.
Stuart - you're not mistaken, it used to be home to several Corvettes although just the one remains now and that hasn't been in the workshop. . . yet!!! Question is how you know about the Corvette???
The Lancia had been fitted with twin carbs although the original single carb is back on it (well actually on the bench) as it wasn't bolted down. As a result, the radiator has been moved and angled to allow space for the twin carb setup, so i'll need to remedy that. I managed to get the engine to turn over the weekend and so I'm going to refurb the carb and see if I cna get her fired up sometime soon. There doesn't appear to be any markings on the Weber (I thought that they were usually on the base) so i'm not sure what type it is. Could be a 34/ 36???
