Coupé 1300 - Exhaust Central Silencer

My central silencer pipe has to be replaced (really in bad shape, time has made it worse, it was already bad 10 years ago).

My Coupé is a french "Turini" 1300. Supposedly from October 1981, it has a 828BC3 and a D3 engine (well I need to crosscheck that as well).
From what I found, and saw on my car, the Lancia PN should be 82376919 (see https://www.dropbox.com/s/mpisf9f5e7gltfh/73exhaustpipe.JPG )

I found out some IMASAF resellers on ebay (should be PN 45.51.06) but also a couple of original Lancia ones, 20 euros cheaper...
Do you recommend IMASAF (my feeling is that it will be better than a Lancia one but maybe I'm wrong) ? Shall I go stainless ?  (which brand... cannot find anything so far ?)

There is also LanciaVintage which sells them a little bit cheaper, but not many information about the part.

The IMASAF system fitted to my 1300 coupe 4 years ago has been very good. Still like new.
