Here's One Nobody Has Asked Before...
« on: October 23, 2025, 05:33:55 PM »
Does anyone know what the CFM rating for the Beta's heater fan is? ie how many CFMs it produces? (Cubic Feet per Minute)

I'm guessing it's not very much! I don't think there will be any data on this in the tech books but I'll check and report back if I find anything

I think you might be surprised how much they can shift, the double snail centrifugal fans are pretty powerful but I suspect it's got more to do with the physical size of the two fans and the speed of rotation of more modern units in comparison to the Beta one. What I'm trying to avoid is finding a weaker one.... Appreciate the research on my behalf!

Thanks for the offer but not really necessary unless anyone else needs to see them?

Yes please, just the pages relating to the air con / heater box under the dash, if there are any. Want to see the vacuum connections

Cheers,

Steve

I'll see what I have, I might have some bits in English. Unfortunately some technical info never seems to have been issued in English though (or I've never come across it)
