hi, just joined as i've recently bought a coupe to restore. it has been in a garage for approximately 40 years and needs quite a bit of work and quite a few parts. looking forward to chatting with some of you knowledgeable people and will hopefully get to some shows/meetings in the future.

Welcome Carl!
It's always good to see another Beta being put back on the road.
You've probably looked around the forum a bit already.
"Members Cars" is a well used thread to document progress and ask for advice. It also
provides a lot of individual experience to learn from (or avoid sometimes!)

I wish you well with the rebuild,

Great to meet Carl and co. today when they popped up to Formby to collect some side windows. I've seen some pictures of progress with the restoration, hopefully we'll have some more posted here along with some calls to some spare parts such as the early velour rear seat squabs and backs! I'm sure there's someone out there with them to help get another Beta back on the road!

Thanks all, good to meet you today Guy to see your stunning beta, and thanks again for the windows. I'm sure I'll be picking everyone's brains over the coming years and will posting progress as it happens.
