I designed, printed and sold this replacement wiper stalk for a Lancia Gamma. I think it is virtually the same as the Beta and quite possibly interchangeable as it is ??...works just fine on the Gamma trafficator.
I have seen pics of one for a Beta coupe / HPE and the only difference I can see is the very end of the "ear" on the side with the 2 poles / sliding connectors seems to have the corner removed. Wonder if this is to prevent it from catching on the steering column cowling ?
I have reached out previously to see if anyone is prepared to give up a broken trafficator so I can test fit and re-work a beta coupe specific item but so far no offers. I am reluctant to disassemble the one on my S4 coupe as it is working fine and I dont want to break it or lose any of the springs inside the wiper body. With something like this it is essential to have an example to copy, test fit and stress test.
Anyone got a broken S2 trafficator I could buy ?
The pic shows the components and a couple of assembled stalks with a 6.3mm aluminium rod (Should be painted black for the Beta)
