And all done inside a single garage? I think Carl will be appreciative of the work going on here Stuart! He's probably one of the few that know what it takes to fabricate panels and patches from scratch.

Mostly outside a single garage TBH. One of the reasons it's been a bit slow is rain stops play.

Our house is in a great location, not overlooked and no building allowed near it for 80 years, plus I've seen Alastair Cook play from the bench in my garden! BUT the compromise on garage space is one I wish I didn't have and getting a car behind the house needs the house to jump 4 feet to the side. Can't have everything I suppose.

I like working outside.  Not ideal obviously but even when I get my garage it’s too small for most jobs.

Hi Stuart time for a Gazebo! My Rock Awnings item did a great job for all weather car building. It did help to have lashing bolts bolted to the house and plenty of weights and water drums. All now gone but it did work well if not exactly warm in winter!

To be fair Eric that's exactly what I've got and it's dead handy  - for other events too.  I use a spare block to and some expanding bolts into the drive to ensure it doesn't go walkies.   I'm a bit careful welding around it though as I suspect the canvas would burn well.

Hah! - two engine stands, some angle, box section and a bit of ingenuity  = one cheap telescopic rotisserie. Necessity (and being too tight to pay for a ready made one)  was the mother of invention here but I'm quite proud of it!
