I wonder of we can ask a favour and get a slot for the cars?  After all he loves his old Lancia's ;-)  I am happy to give it a go

If he’s not already approached, that sounds like an excellent idea! 😜

Re. The Farmers Dog - I can try a little social media post which may get us in with a chance, but I feel I need to formulate a Plan B just in case its too rammed to get a timely lunch!

I have been down to the Peacock tonight to discuss things with Emma the Landlady - For Saturday nights dinner, the Autumn menu is being launched this coming Wednesday and there is a set menu too, which I am able to customise to a certain degree with items from the A'la carte menu. Given the size of our group they will need to know ahead our meal selections that night. What I am thinking is that I get a menu as soon as its made available and getting you chaps to phone / email your orders through to Emma directly to save a lot of admin at my end!

Presently the attendance is looking like this:

Friday
Alison Ure
Alex R: ARoss
Neil and Nicky: neilyaj396
Chris: Betabuoy
Nigel: Nigel
Kevin: KBetas
Chas: VXdeMayo
Stuart and Julia: HFStuart
Mark: Ferrit
Theo & Linda: Thotos
Rich: Luigi
Guy: SanRemo78

Saturday & Sunday

As above but with the addition of:
John: JohnFol
Tony Harrison
Andy Collins
John Bower
Amanda Dodge (TBC)

Eric - if you can confirm if you want to join us for any of the meals on Friday and Saturday, that would be great - many thanks.
Also waiting on confirmation from some others that may join us for the day.

I'll update everyone again as soon as I have the Peacocks Autumn Menu, but looking to firm everything up in the next week or so. I'll also get us booked in at the local Indian Resturant (Bipuls Kitchen) too.

Many thanks all  :)
